About Me

My journey with Pilates began about two and a half years ago, when—after practicing as a physiotherapist since December 2019—I started incorporating its exercises into my treatment plans, using Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, the Pilates Chair, and the Cadillac. The results were beyond anything I had imagined: improved rehabilitation outcomes, enhanced flexibility, greater control, and increased strength in my clients. As time went on, I continued to integrate more Pilates techniques into my practice and found myself falling deeper in love with its transformative power. This passion ultimately led me to choose the path of Pilates, transitioning my career fully into the Pilates world and specializing in Mat and Reformer instruction. Training at Fűzy Pilates School gave me a clearer vision of how to structure and deliver effective sessions, and marked the beginning of my path as a certified Pilates trainer for beginner-level Mat and Reformer classes. I hope to earn your trust and invite you to join a session—your gateway to a new world of Pilates challenges and graceful movement.

How often should I attend sessions to see results?
Consistency is key. Most clients benefit from 1–2 sessions per week, depending on their goals—whether it's rehabilitation, strength building, or general wellness. I’ll help you find the rhythm that suits your body and lifestyle.

What should I wear or bring to a session?
Comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows free movement is ideal. For reformer Pilates, grip socks are recommended for safety. You don’t need to bring any equipment—I provide everything you’ll need.

How much do your sessions cost?
Each Mat or Reformer Pilates session costs 10,000 HUF and lasts up to 1 hour.
